Exchange Policy
At Felétt we are committed to our customers, that is why we offer products of the highest quality, always reflecting femininity, elegance and versatility in our garments.
Our exchange policies apply to all our branded products purchased through our digital channels such as website and WhatsApp.
To change garments by color or size, you can do so within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase.
To communicate the reason for return you must write to our email felettbrand.co@gmail.com or our WhatsApp, explaining what will be the change and attaching the digital ticket of purchase; the cost of shipping for change will be borne by the customer.
The garments must be sent in perfect condition, without alterations, not being dirty, not having traces of use of deodorants, makeup or chemicals that discolor or deteriorate the fabrics, not having been used and with the original label, upon receipt of the product this will be carefully reviewed before authorizing the change.
The changes for size or color are subject to the availability of inventory, it is not allowed the realization of change on change and no money back, if the garment is not available at the time of the change, you can choose a garment of equal or greater value, provided that the customer is responsible. If the value of the new product is greater than the product of the exchange, the customer must pay the excess by any of our means of payment; otherwise a voucher for the initial value will be delivered to redeem it within the next three (3) months.
For purchases made on discount, Black Friday, Black Weekend or Cyber Monday we will not accept exchanges or returns for size, color or reference. Exchanges will only be accepted when the product has warranty updates.
