DATA PROCESSING

Purchases on our website or WhatsApp channels are an agreement between you as a customer and Felétt as a seller; your purchase is an acceptance of this and of the application of Colombian laws in relation to the purchase. To make purchases through our online store we will request personal and contact information that will be treated in accordance with the Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 that regulates the use of information for companies in Colombia.

Your information will be confidential and used for the sale and sending of commercial information and promotions of Felétt, through WhatsApp channels and emails. By entering the information for purchase approval, you guarantee that all information provided corresponds to a natural person, is valid, legal and truthful.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All product orders will be subject to availability validation. In case the product(s) are not available, you will be notified via email about the cancellation of your order, and Felétt will make the corresponding refund. If your order contains several products and some of them are not available, you will receive a notification by mail informing you of the total or partial cancellation of the order; with this, in addition, the total or partial refund will be made, as applicable.


PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

If you visit our online store Felétt from Colombia, prices will be in COLOMBIAN PESOS (COP); if you visit it from another country, prices will be in US DOLLARS (USD). Prices may vary without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, these will be reflected in your order at the time of check-out.


GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available in our online store and via WhatsApp and you can redeem them in any of our channels. For personalized information, we invite you to communicate via WhatsApp.
