Warranty Policy

If any of FELÉTT's products have any quality, suitability, safety or performance issues, you may request a warranty.

Our products are guaranteed for thirty (30) calendar days.

The warranty will begin to run from the day we deliver the product.

 

PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE THE WARRANTY

To make a warranty claim, you must send us an email requesting the warranty of your product and indicating the following information:

• The invoice or your order information (date, buyer's name, product purchased).

• Attach a photo indicating the defect in the product.

Once the request has been made, we will contact you to tell you how to deliver the product and continue with the process. In this case, FELÉTT will assume the transportation costs. 

Once we receive the product, we will review it and inform you if the warranty is approved or denied. In case the warranty is denied, we will inform you the reasons and we will return the product to you by the same means you received it.

In case FELÉTT makes the warranty effective, we will inform you if the product can be repaired, in case it cannot be repaired or a second failure occurs, you will be able to choose between the return of your money in credit balance to be redeemed in our store, refund, or a completely new equal product.

In case the product you have purchased is not available at that moment, you will be able to choose between the credit balance to be redeemed or the refund of your money.
